HALL RULES
Hall Availability
Hall is available from the following times: Weeknight 4pm | Morning 6am | Shabbos- Friday 12pm | Motzei Shabbos 2 ½ hours after 72 minutes. | If needed earlier please reach out to the hall manager to discuss possible accommodations.
Timing
If you are using the Hall for Shabbos be totally out of the Hall 45 / 60 minutes after 72 Minutes | We cannot accommodate furniture delivery or pickup outside of your reservation time. Should this be a problem please discuss reserving additional time/days.
Hall Rules
Under no circumstances can anyone other than the Hall Manager adjust the wall | $100 fee if tables/chairs are not returned to the closet /against the wall, garbage not taken out. | Children must stay in the hall, can't run / play in Shul.
Tables and Chairs
Twenty 60" Round Tables | Nine 8' Table | 210 Chairs | Exits can't be blocked with chairs / tables | If chairs are put in the lobby, coat room, outside etc. they must be returned and placed against the wall.
Changes
Deposit (half the charge) is non-refundable | Changes to either Half or Whole hall can be accommodated until 3 days before the event.
Catering
Self catering is not allowed | Any caterer under the KCL is acceptable | If you would like to use another caterer please call to see if accepted.
Music
can't be excessive (based on our determination) | Try to have volume lower during Maariv 10- 10:20 PM
Please Note
We take no responsibility for things delivered early or not picked up right away | Anything left behind will be hefker and disposed of.
